[vtkusers] vtkusers_2000.chm -- Email Archives for 2000 -- Compressed Help

This is a 5MB file containing the email archives for the
year 2000.  I had to do more editing on the items than I 
anticipated ... the "base64" attachments and utf-8 Subject
lines aren't handled very well (at all) by MS Help Compiler.

Sometime this week, I'll complete the work on the 1999 archives.

The reason I got involved with this is because the email archives
are a valuable resource, and the organization is superb, but
it's too slow to access when I'm researching problems
(especially slow when I'm not attached to the internet :-)

And they do work on Windows 98, NT, and 2000.
