Hello Will.
I need to visualize a second-order tensor data obtained from diffusion tensor imaging.
I have the eigenvalues and the eigenvector data of these tensors. The popular
visualization schemes for such data are Line Intergral Convolution, Barycentric
mapping, and so on. In many papers and theses, the authors have mentioned
to have used VTK tools in their implementation.
I am basically looking for these implementations if they are available in public
domain, any information if they have been integrated with the VTK itself, or
any information which a vtkuser thinks might help me out.
Regards.
Sohan
