[vtkusers] binary install vtk failed with Tcl/Tk

Bill,
Your suggestion of checking for the opengl32.dll and glu32.dll (they were missing) was
useful and partially solved the problem. Now I can run most of the vtk Tcl scripts, but not
all. The VisQuad.tcl still gives the error message as stated in my original post. It might be
worth pointing out that the list of example Kitware Tcl scripts did not appear in the vtk
program group upon install. Also, I have Borland C++Builder installed but not MS VC++.
Any other suggestions?
