[vtkusers] Why compile??

Vtk Users,

    I write a lot in Tcl and would like to deliver packages as
executables particularly
on a windows platform without going through a  compilation process.

    This is possible with wrap (see jan Nitjman's at
http://httpd.chello.nl/~j.nijtmans/wrap.html)

This would rerquire that vtk should be built as a stub enabled tcl
extension.

Has anybody attempted to generate one??
