Minor problem with vtkInteractorStyle

There seems to be a minor problem with vtkInteractorStyle when the
left mouse button is used in combination with the Shift or Ctrl key
(for example, panning or spinning). If the Shift or Ctrl key is release
BEFORE
the left mouse button is released, the wrong "End" method is called in
vtkInteractorStyle::OnLeftButtonUp. When in the joystick mode, this means
that panning or spinning continues even after the left mouse button is
released.
In the trackball mode, this causes panning or spinning when the mouse is
moved after the left button is released. Assuming this is not the intended
design, I would greatly appreciate it if this problem can be fixed.
