How to get multiple contours from vtkContour

Hi,

someone took my copy of the vtk book, so I have to ask directly on this
list, sorry ...

How can I get the individual contour lines from a vtkContour output
after having extracted multiple isoline contours?
That is, I need to know where one individual isoline ends and the next
one starts from vtkPoints and vtkCellArray.
Is there a delimeter to query?
