On-Line Manual Pages - up to date?

Are the on-line manual pages up to date?  If not where's the latest 
documentation.

I just upgraded from vtk2.4 to vtk3.1.  And noticed that some of the manual 
descriptions do not agree with the code and descriptions of some objects 
are missing.
