Is there a method cross reference? (fwd)

In this particular case, you could type in your Tcl shell (tclsh or
wish):

vtkPolyVertex cells
cells ListMethods

That will produce a list of all methods available for the given
instance, grouped by class. I know it is not a true 'cross reference'
but it does what you wanted: quick, plain and easy.
