VTK2.4 with Tcl/Tk8.2

<x-flowed>VTK2.4 does not work with Tcl 8.1 or 8.2 under UNIX.
VTK 3.0 should go beta next week and it will be
based on Tcl 8.2.1 for the PC and it should work with
Tcl8.1 and 8.2 under UNIX. The fix for UNIX Tcl 8.1 and 8.2
in vtkXRenderWindowTclInteractor.cxx has been checked
into the nightly updates but not tested well yet.
