Problem with vtkPolyData::InsertNextLinkedCell()

Hi,

I am trying to add a triangle to polydata that has links built. I would
like the links to update accordingly.

I am using vtkPolyData::InsertNextLinkedCell() to insert the triangle but
the links don't seem to update. E.g. calling IsTriangle() on the added
triangle fails.
Calling DeleteCells() followed by BuildLinks() fixes things but I don't
want to do this after adding each triangle as it is too slow.

Any ideas?
