About vtkClipVolume ?

　　 (1) After studing the "Main Help", I still can't understand the
vtkClipVolume algorithm.
　　　　　　　 Can any body teach me ?

　 (2) The output of vtkClipVolume is unstructed grid. The unstructed　
grid　 contains scalar value ?
