Tk-Thumb wheel

Hi,

I am trying to provide a GUI to a Vtk application using Tcl/Tk.  The
question is whether anyone knows about or has developed a thumb wheel or
better still a vernier dial widget in Tk.  The thumb wheel is similar to a
slider but has no limits i.e. you can keep on increasing the value.  The
vernier dial is a set of concentric circular rings which can be turned to
change a floating point value - the smaller the ring the more precise the
control.
