tkMainWindowList hiding

Thanks for all your help.  I have vtk working now.

I have downloaded tcl/tk 8.0.5 and recompiled the universe.  

tcl/tk8.1.1 appears to not be compatible with the latest version of vtk 2.3

Also vtk 2.2 does not compile on Linux 6.0.
