Rendering a StructuredGrid as a solid?

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about rendering
a StructuredGrid as a solid. As a couple of you suggested, I needed
to use vtkGeometryFilter instead of vtkStructuredGridGeometryFilter.
Also as K.R.Subramanian suggested I didn't really need the
vtkStructuredGridGeometryFilter either.
