[vtk] Conversion to native VC6.00 project

Dear VTK community,

I recently tried to send the following mail to Ken Martin, but I got
no reply, so I am not sure if this was the right destination, or my
mail did not get through. So I resend it to the group. If anyone is
interested, please tell me how to prodeed.
