sphere benchmarks on VTK Quality WinNT machine

We placed our order with 3DLabs last Thursday (July 1) and had the card delivered before 10am on
Friday (July 2).

3Dlabs are offering it for $229 at their online store.  The catch is that
it's still on backorder, and they keep postponing the release date.
Currently it's set to July 15, but don't count on it.  Perhaps it's
available from resellers but I haven't been able to locate one.
