cyberReader

[Dongbai Guo]

Somehow, my  libVTKContrib.a does not include vtkCyberReader. 
I checked Makefile, vtkCyberReader is not in  the list of 
concrete classes. 

I tried to compilte vtkCyberReader alone, get the folllowing
link error, which I have not clue at all: 

ld32: ERROR 33: Unresolved text symbol "__ls__7ostreamPv" -- 1st
referenced by vtkCyberReader.o

I did find __ls__7ostreamPcv  in libVTKContrib.a, I don't know wether they
are the same thing.
