ScalarBarActorQuestion in vtk23

[Ana Cugat]

Another problem with ScalarBarActor, with vtk works fine, but when I do the 
same with a TkRenderWidget, the scalarbaractor is all black and the range 
goes from 0 to 1.

Any hints?
