Clean VTK - Tk connection

Dear VTK users,

  Over the last two days, we have made the interface between VTK and Tk
much more clean (at the C++ level).  As a result, the --with-tkwidget
option to configure no longer requires tkInt.h.  The upshot is that to
build VTK, you no longer need to have the source for TK.

Note:  This is in the nightly build, and only applies on the Unix side.
Windows coming Real Soon Now(tm).
