This table is not used. Currently the 3D cells are clipped using an ordered Delaunay triangulation technique. The problem is controlling the face triangulation of 3D cells (clipped or not) so that the triangulation is compatible. The tables are very complex - and may not be workable. Clipping 3D cells is some of the last unfinished business expressed by the vtk API.
