Class vtkImageRegion

Dear all,


I'm confused about some inconsistencies of the book "The Visualization
Toolkit" (2nd Edition), VTK 2.4 and the html-manpages.

On pages 448ff, the book uses the class vtkImageRegion. Nor does VTK
2.4 include this class neither is it listed in the manual (some other
classes from common aren't too). vtkImageCache does not even include
the method GetScalarRegion() as listed in the book. Can anybody tell
me what happened to vtkImageRegion?
