scalar + vector

Hi 

I just started to do VTK. I used TclTk for that following problem.

I try to visualize some scalar and vector data simultaneously. I 
used vtkGlyph3D filter to represent the data with cone glyphs. I 
need color of the glyphs to represent the scalar values, the size 
and orientation of the cones to represent the magnitude and 
direction of each vector. I can visualize vectors and scalars 
individually, not together. Please let me know how to do this.
