[vtk-developers] Timeout when downloading external SHA512 data.

I think this is related to: ExternalData: Convert content links from MD5 to
SHA512

I have deleted the contents of VTKExternalData and I am still getting the
timeout error below.

Also in VTKExternalData/MD5 directory these files are being created:
