[vtk-developers] [vtkusers] Request for Feedback: VTK Textbook Strawman

Will, I guess I did not envision a traditional book. This is a web site
that is alive. It will present well on all platforms including mobile.
Things like indexes aren't really needed.

That said if folks want latex so be it. Not me. I can fill my time with
other stuff.

In the meantime, I'll do some more experiments.
