[vtk-developers] VTK Textbook Efforts Update

The two versions have different goals. Currently, the Latex version is
duplicating the existing hard copy except it has more links and many
figures that are produced for the VTKExamples.

The Markdown version is platform friendly (desktop, tablet, mobile). It
also has links to doxygen, and the VTKExamples where appropriate. It does
not attempt to reproduce the layout of the hard copy book.

Both versions share some common artifacts like the VTKExamples, Bernhard's
Latex Equations.
