[vtk-developers] VTKBook Strawman - Chapter 3

Looks great on my phone, including the mathjax rendered equations (see
attached screenshot).

This will be great material for my morning bus rides to work :)

I also think markdown embedded latex is the way to go, instead of full-out
latex.
