[vtk-developers] Need someone to review a fix in FindCell

So with some help from Raphaël Bresson we've tracked down an error in
ProbeFilter and vtkPointSet::FindCell.  As find cell is a fairly core
method it would be good for someone to review the fixes that can be found
here:

https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/merge_requests/2816

FindCell isn't my normal stretch of highway, but I know some of you out
there do spend time in that part of the code so hopefully it will be more
clear to you.
