[vtk-developers] ExternalData issue

To follow up, Brad had an idea that it could be the git auto CRLF
translation causing an issue. The issue was on a text file so the md5 may
have been created with CRLF then git auto translates to UNIX line endings
before uploading the file and the md5 no longer matches.
