[vtk-developers] UPDATE: Static pages for VTKExamples

Looks like using github pages is a good solution to host the new VTK
Examples (formerly VTK Wiki Examples).

I have decommissioned the gitlab site
(https://gitlab.kitware.com/lorensen/VTKExamples)

I'm still cleaning up some documentation. Please take a look at:
