[vtk-developers] [Buildbot] dash1win7 removed

Hi all,

The machine had a hard drive failure and is gone. The hardware was
2010-era and it's not really worth resurrecting it for how long it took
to do builds. This was the only 32bit, static, or Visual Studio
dashboard on buildbot, but tarvalon is available (again) and will
probably come back some time this month and the missing configurations
(except maybe 32bit?) distributed over the available machines.
