[vtk-developers] No Windows 'nightly expected' builds?

mun fills the role of checking vtk on windows better. It is in the
latest-master section, with the other machines that run after every merge
to master.

I will eventually promote kargad and dash1win7 to nightly expected once
I've sorted out the remaining noise on them. I intend those specifically to
validate ospray and xdmf3 on windows but they will run most of the other
tests as well.
