[vtk-developers] Xwindows PixmapContextId

There is some code in vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow that handles opengl contexts
based on a Pixmap. I cannot find any code in VTK that sets that ivar. Just
lots of code for handling it. I am thinking of trying a topic to remove it
but figured I should ask if anyone knows what it is about or if it is used.
