[vtk-developers] Midas doawload fail

It is already the case

comp.out.10 (62mb) is used by TestPWindBladeReader.cxx
test.pop.nc (100mb) is used by TestNetCDFPOPReader.cxx and
TestPNetCDFPOPReader.cxx

Still not suposed to force users to manually download them and genarate
manually a .md5-stamp to go with it.
(which is what I am doing to compile).
