[vtk-developers] Intel HD 3000 support (sandy bridge)

I have been trying to get this GPU working as it is fairly common on older
machines without dedicated GPUs. It is a bit of an odd beast and has been
driving me a bit nuts. If you happen to have windows with that GPU and can
run an experimental dashboard of this topic that would be helpful.
