You can send multiple gestures at once down to VTK and I'm pretty sure the
multitouch camera style will handle them intermixed (it does not use state
with the gestures). But if sending low level events VTK will only recognize
one at a time. Most widgets in VTK store a state, that is where I believe
multiple concurrent gestures will prove awkward. We could add a combined
RST gesture event if we want that, so it would still be one gesture/state
but it would support all three interactions at once.
