[vtk-developers] Dropping Python 2.6 and Python 3.2

Hi All,

The VTK master now emits a cmake warning if VTK is configured with Python
2.6 or Python 3.2.  These older versions of Python will still work with VTK
for now (as long as you don't enable WebPython), but VTK 8 is likely to
require Python 2.7 or Python 3.3+.  Of course VTK can still be built
without Python.
