[vtk-developers] Rogue7 vtktiff dashboard build failure

I haven't had time to understand Ben's request exactly...

1) how do I make "CMake error right after it does the checks for the flag"?

2) where do I pass --debug-trycompile?  Is that a CXXFLAG or param to cmake?
