[vtk-developers] OpenGL2 / GPU texture errors

Oh yes, please make it a DebugMacro or just yank it.  The error message
wasn’t as obscure as I was shooting for ;-) But seriously that was
debugging code that I should not have left in.  It is OK for that function
to not find a valid default type but sometimes it is useful to see what it
was trying to find.
