[vtk-developers] Mantis doesn't show recent issues

This morning I added an issue to mantis, but it didn't show up on the
"View Issues" page.

It seems that "View Issues" only shows issues that have a Category.
By default the category for new issues is empty (No Category), and
for some reason this causes the issue to not show.  As a result, I only
see a couple of results between #15700 and #15800.

This might be due to something funny with my mantis configuration.
Can someone else confirm this behavior?
