[vtk-developers] FreeType: ftconfig.h appears in source tree and build tree

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is something to be concerned about, but I noticed that
the header "vtkfreetype/include/freetype/config/ftconfig.h" exists in the
source
tree even though it is config'd from "vtkfreetype/builds/unix/ftconfig.in".

I found this when I accidentally ran "cmake" in my source directory, and
then did "git status" as part of my usual "oops, lets clean up this mess"
workflow.
