[vtk-developers] vtkImageReslice with the problem of slice original

Is that means I can get the origin position in 2D coordinate if I take off
the AutoCropOutputOn()?

I will update the cosines and fourth column of the ResliceAxes matrix to get
the corresponding slice.

And the slice will be wrong if I use SetOutputOrigin().
