[vtk-developers] Git FAQ in progress

Folks,

I've created a new merge-request collecting all the questions about
the new Gitlab/Git workflow in an FAQ. We'll keep updating this in the
next week or so to make the transition easier.

Keep asking questions and let's figure out the workflow that works
best for all of us!
