[vtk-developers] [PATCH] MetaIO cppcheck fixes

Ben,

Do we have a semi-automated procedure to do the submodule import dance yet
for updating VTK's copy of MetaIO? Bonus points if it works with the other
ThirdPartyLibraries like hdf5, netcdf, xdmf etc.
