[vtk-developers] [PATCH] MetaIO cppcheck fixes

Hi all,

I know gerrit won't accept MetaIO changes, and I forget the procedure for it, so I'm attaching two trivial patches.  Can someone review & merge please?

BTW: might be good to mention the MetaIO special case here:
<http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Git/Develop>
(It does mention KWSys already.)
