[vtk-developers] Odd gerrit error

Ahh, I had pulled some unmerged changes from gerrit to test them out and
then based my branch off of that point. I think that was the issue. Will
retry based off of an origin/master starting point.

Try a git commit --amend and take out the ChangeId line (which probably
belongs to some other commit already in gerrit). Commit hooks will make a
new one and gerrit will most likely accept it.
