[vtk-developers] clean-up VTK_LEGACY code

Hello VTK Developers,

I am removing code marked as deprecated for VTK versions 6.1 (this was
released on 2014-01-21) and earlier. This means that any code marked as
deprecated after that date is still in, so people will still have plenty of
time to change their code.

VTK 6.2 was released 2015-03-02 which I though would be to short of a
notice for removing code marked as legacy.

Do you have any comments or concerns related to this.
