The file named "AppleInfo.plist"?  Yeah, that does need love... but I guess we should take that to the cmake list...

No, they should be harmless.  CFBundleLongVersionString will be ignored.  LSRequiresCarbon will be ignored too, it means Carbon as opposed to Classic (OS 9 emulation)!
