[vtk-developers] New volume rendering

This isn't directly related, but it seems to be a good time to plug
the vtkVolumeOutlineSource that can be used to annotate the bounds
of a volume, either with a wireframe or with translucent faces.
I've found it to be quite useful in my own volume interaction apps.
Images are attached (they're named after the corresponding .cxx
test files).
