[vtk-developers] Recent changes cause cmake failure

Folks,

My Fedora build started to have a cmake error in the last couple of
days. I see the same error on the nightly dashboards:

CMake Error: Attempt to add a custom rule to output
"/home/kitware/Dashboards/My
Tests/VTK-gnu/Wrapping/Python/vtkOpenGLGPUVolumeRayCastMapperPython.cxx.rule"
which already has a custom rule.
