[vtk-developers] Missing URL for paraview license

Folks,

This link leads nowhere: http://www.paraview.org/HTML/Copyright.html
it is referenced in 186 vtk files. I see two solutions:

1) Redirect http://www.paraview.org/HTML/Copyright.html to
http://www.paraview.org/paraview-license/

2) Edit the 186 files changing
http://www.paraview.org/HTML/Copyright.html to
http://www.paraview.org/paraview-license/ .

#2 takes a bit more work. I prefer #1 but someone with permission
needs to do it.
